Dear participants of MUNoH'14,
my name is Alexander Grunow and I have the pleasure of being this year's Secretary General together with my distinguished colleague Pia.
In school I am attending 11th grade. Being a member of the course "International Relations" automatically makes me part of the organizing team. My intention has always been to become Secretary General because I always wanted to be the person responsible for the Rules of Procedure, the Issues on the Agenda and everything else that comes with this office. Pia and I will do our job responsibly, with concentration, fairness and also with a lot of fun.
I am very much looking forward to seeing you all at the conference for which the whole team is working very hard. We are all working on making the conference as perfect as possible. Hello everyone and welcome to the show! My name is Pia Engel and I am 17 years old. Since I have chosen the profile “International Relations” I have the chance to be part of the executive team of MUNoH 2014 and together with my lovely colleague Alex I have the honor to be your Secretary General. This position enables me to find interesting Issues on the Agenda and arrange absorbing country constellations within the different commissions and councils. Besides that my main goal is to make you all feel good not only during your preparation time but also during the conference itself. my name is Vivien Gambusch (left) and I am delighted to be your Conference Manager. I am 16 years old and so far I have attended five conferences as a delegate. In my next conferences, I hope to be a student officer. Together with my distinguished partner, Katharina Heyde, I will put all my effort into organizing a conference that you will enjoy at all times. From booking the locations to writing the booklets and ensuring that everything will be prepared for you in time, Katharina and I will do our best to make MUNOH 2014 an unforgettable experience for you.

Hello everyone my name is Katharina Heyde (right), I am 16 years old and currently attending 11th grade of Gymnasium Meiendorf. Together with the lovely Vivien Gambusch we are the Conference Management of MUNoH 2014. The first time I got in touch with MUN was as Admin-Staff and then during MUNNY 2013 and MUNoH 2013. For me it is a great pleasure to be part of the organizing team, gaining knowledge about organizing and preparing an international event such as MUN and taking responsibilities for a large number of people. I am very glad that we are given the chance to make the 6th session of Model United Nations of Hamburg an unforgettable experience for all participants. Although it will be quite challenging I’m convinced that the executive team will do its best to make this conference as comfortable and well organized as possible. You will hopefully have serious and productive but also funny debates during your time in the wonderful city of Hamburg. Hello everyone and welcome to MUNoH 14! My name is Florian David Körner and I will be 18 years old when the next annual session of MUNoH takes place! I am going to be President of the General Assembly and together with my great team I will definitely put all my efforts into the time before and during the conference to make you feel comfortable, informed, prepared and finally to let you benefit. Having participated in several MUN conferences as Add Staff, Delegate and Chair, I have gathered a great deal of knowledge about all the different jobs and important things that make a well-organized and lovely conference happen. From my first conference on I wanted to be one of the leading organizers, because it is a great opportunity to practice organization, preparation, taking responsibility and improving skills. Besides, you are in touch with so many people from all the different countries attending Hamburg's MUN. My name is Fabian Schaper and I will be 18 when our conference launches here in Hamburg. I'm proud to introduce myself as one of the Heads of Secretariat together with my wonderful team mates by the names of Theresa Jung and Lennart Frolik.
Actually, I took part at the very first MUN conference in Hamburg working as an AdStaff. Furthermore, at last year's MUNOH I participated as an AdStaff in the secretariat, as well. Therefore, I am definitely convinced that I do possess enough lore to lead the secretariat successfully and arranged.
We work concentrated and dedicated and also think of great and innovative ideas that you haven't seen before at any other conference.
Nevertheless, we will enjoy having you here at our MUN conference in Hamburg. I am looking forward to see you, guys.

Dear MUNOH2014-participants and guests, My name is Theresa Jung, I am 16 years old and currently attending 11th grade. During this year’s conference you will find me in the secretariat together with Fabian and Lennart as the Secretariat Staff. I’m really happy to be a member of the Secretariat Staff, because in MUNOH 12 I participated as an Ad-Staff in the Secretariat and I enjoyed it a lot. Furthermore I like to stay on top of all the paper work, so that by the time that you arrive we are finished with all the lists, badges and placards and ready for you and your questions to help you as much as we can. Dear Participants of MUNOH 2014 and lovely AdStaff!
My Name is Annemike Seydel and I am 17 years old. Along with Janina, I am (a part) of the Head of Admin Staff. I am really proud to be one of this year’s organizers and to organize our AdStaff. I am really looking forward to take responsibility for them, so that everybody can enjoy the MUN conference like I did when I was an AdStaff in 2013.
The AdStaff is very important for the conference, because without them nobody would pass Notepapers or Amendments. Moreover, as an AdStaff you see the conference from another side. On the one hand you get to know how a debate will proceed and on the other hand you get to know a bit of the organization of the conference.
I hope that I can organize a perfect team of AdStaffs (together with Janina) and that we will have an unforgettable conference.

Dear delegates, lovely future admin staff, my name is Janina Stamborski, I am 17 years old and the head of admin staff at MUNOH 2014. Annemike and I are proud to be a part of this year's executive staff. I am very excited to take over the responsibility for all our wonderful admin staff, so they can experience MUN like I did, as a wonderful project where you are able to get together with people from all over the world. Everyone who is interested at getting to know MUN, should consider being ad-staff, you wont regret it!As admin staff you are able to see the MUN conference from a very different point of view. At first, it might seems like ad staff are not as important as other, but believe me, without them, the conference would not take place. Hello, participants of MUNOH 2014. My name is Till Schloßstein, I am 16 years old and I will be one of the two Financial Managers this year. I have to maintain all the relations to our generous sponsors and also find new ones, for example for the paper which is used for printing or cups for coffee; furthermore I have to take care of all the tasks concerning money. I have already attended MUNOH 2013 and I will participate in Nyborg in 2014, so MUNOH 2014 would be the third conference for me. I am looking forward to seeing you at MUNOH 2014. I will be your student supervisor during MUNOH 2014. It is my job to cooperate as much as I can with you and the host families. If you want to host a student during this year’s conference we can guarantee you that this will be a new experience for you. It is always exciting to get to know people from other countries.
For those of you coming from Gymnasium Rahlstedt: one advantage is that I'm also at Rahlstedt Gymnasium, which means I can work together with you easily and keep you updated on our progress.

Hello Delegates, my name is Pernilla Arlt and I am the Student Supervisor of this years’ MUNOH conference. I have already experienced a few MUNOH conferences here at my school and also I was a delegate at the MUNNY conference 2014. Alisa and I are going to find lovely host families for you, so you can have a beautiful stay here in Hamburg and enjoy everything. Also for the host families it is a great new experience to have students form all over the world as guests and it extremely supports the school community. Hello everybody, my name is Lina Sophie Rathje and I am 16 years old. I am excited to be an event manager at next year’s Model of United Nations Conference in Hamburg. Me and my wonderful partner Roxana Hanl have been chaperones at the MUNOH Conference in 2013 and we enjoyed it a lot. Additionally, I have attended MUNNY as a delegate in 2014. We are really looking forward to showing you all the different aspects of Hamburg on our sightseeing tour and to have fun with you at all the evening events. Dear participants of Model United Nations of Hamburg 2014, my name is Elena Stein and I am a student at Gymnasium Meiendorf. At this year's conference I will be a member of the organizing team.
